The "Inertial Bullet Trap System" was conceived and designed to ensure that:

• Bullets or their particles are retained within the system when they smash into it, avoiding any possible ricochet in the direction of shooters.
• While projectiles may fragment after impact with the exclusive system, their original total weight does not change as the contained lead does not  sublimate (does not change from solid to gas).
• Bullets or their fragments can be recovered easily and safely.
• Can be extensively used for training activities, sports and ballistic tests without requiring frequent maintenance.
• Can be easily inspected and worn parts and components can be easily replaced.
• Can be put into operation within systems and equipment employed for various uses.
• Can be developed horizontally and overlapped, supported by a suitable structure, to fit a indoor or outdoor shooting range.
• Doesn’t need electrical power to work.
